Shipping policy

We use standard postal and courier services.

Shipping weight is calculated based on weight for which we will provide an invoice. Payments for custom weight orders are not processed on this website and we only accept payments over the phone or via direct debit due to the variable price of orders and shipping. Delivered within 5 days of order (otherwise as privately arranged). Shipping included to east coast Australia. Unfortunately due to quarantine, we don't ship directly to WA, NT, SA or TAS.
